The Printing Process
We rely on a digital transfer process called UltraColour for transferring logos and designs onto t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel. UltraColour transfer is different from screen-printing because all colours are transferred to the fabric simultaneously, rather than in stages. Yet, the quality is better, and the result looks the same. UltraColour is washable to 60 degrees celsius and tested beyond fifty washes for colour fastness. Moreover, as the process is more straightforward, we are able to print at little as one unit or as many as thousands.

What is the minimum order prints/garments for big hit to supply?
Normally 20 per colour and min 10 garments for embroidery and or min 25 caps

Yes mins can be 1 garment or item

What do I need to do to get started?
We need your logo or at least a rough idea of what you would like us to do ( can you allow for multiple designs/logos uploaded to be sent to us)

How long does my order take?
Normally pending delivery 7 - 10 working days, however, we do have a 20% rush fee for 48 hours and 40% rush fee for next day delivery

What design costs are involved?
If required, the design cost to redraw and or design your logo for embroidery is $66

What are the Terms of Order?
50% deposit required for any items purchased by Big Hit and or your design fee required upfront before we commence work
