Can you print or embroid on items I provide?
Yes! Absolutely. We offer our printing and embroidery services for any and all garments, whether you purchase them from us or supply your own. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the quality of finish on fabrics and garments that we have not printed on before.
The products we supply are tried and tested, and therefore, we know they will produce the highest quality finish.
We also reserve the right to refuse certain items if they are not suitable for embroidery and can damage our embroidery machines.

What type of printed should I choose?
If you’re unsure whether you need sublimation, embroidery or digital printing, simply email or call us with your logo and/or design details. Once we look at what you want to achieve, we can then advise which process will provide the best results.

How long does a job take to complete?
A job usually takes five business days to complete. However, larger orders may take longer, up to 10 business days. We can advise on an expected delivery time at the time of quoting. We understand the importance of meeting deadlines and are confident in delivering a speedy service at all times.
