The DYO Process
Simply choose the product you wish to customise from our extensive product range. We have sublimation polos, t-shirts, singlets, rugby jerseys, shorts, AFL jerseys, netball dresses, hoodies, and track pants.
Once you have selected the product, let us know what you’d like, and we will present some design options to meet your brief.
If you would like your item to feature a logo, simply provide us with a high-resolution version of your logo or we can design one for you. We have an in-house designer whom you can brief to create something truly unique – a one-of-a-kind logo and a one-of-a-kind garment!
We will then finalise your design and print it on time and to the highest level of quality. Our reputation for quality and on-time delivery is unmatched.

What is the minimum order prints/garments for big hit to supply?
Normally 20 per colour and min 10 garments for embroidery and or min 25 caps

Can I supply garments?
Yes mins can be 1 garment or item

What do I need to do to get started?
We need your logo or at least a rough idea of what you would like us to do ( can you allow for multiple designs/logos uploaded to be sent to us)

How long does my order take?
Normally pending delivery 7 - 10 working days, however, we do have a 20% rush fee for 48 hours and 40% rush fee for next day delivery

What design costs are involved?
If required, the design cost to redraw and or design your logo for embroidery is $66

What are the Terms of Order?
50% deposit required for any items purchased by Big Hit and or your design fee required upfront before we commence work

How do we determine print costs?
Per size, we can print from as small as size labels right thru to A3 size
